10 Aug 2015 11:34 PM by Spanishsteve in Surrey, Eastbourne &.... 81 forum posts Send private message We looked at a Rondella on Phase 2 and was told by 2 agents the monthly communal fees would be 60 euros, because all the apartments are lumped in that phase it lowers the fees, as opposed to Phase 1 where they would be circa 120 euros. 0 Like Spam post or Abuse?
