No not yet. Would be interesting to see how much a new build would cost now. Will the room sizes be smaller than ours.
A friend of ours daughter has just looked at two three bedroomed houses locally. Both on the market for a similar price. The room sizes on the new build are miniscule in comparison to the older updated one. Guess which one she is going for. Yes the older one & there is room in the atic to convert in the future. Maybe if new builds are going to be smaller then at some point those already built, even if its down to the amount of private outside space may make ours more appealing
