HAVING READ THE "EXTRAS" PACK I AM SOMEWHAT CONCERNED!!!

SHOULD SOMEONE WISH TO PICK UP THE GAUNTLET I AM SURE 

WE COULD  RESOLVE THIS QUICKLY!!! (ADVICE FROM LAWYER)

THESE EXTRAS ARE AMBIGUOUS + VERY GREY

JUST A COUPLE OF POINTS

I AM IN AIR -CON + NOTE  THERE IS NO MENTION OF WHETHER

 THESE ARE TO BE INVERTERS (CHEAPER TO RUN)

  OR HEATING + COOLING UNITS (NO NEED FOR RADIATORS)

OR JUST STANDARD UNITS WHICH ARE VERY CHEAP

ARE THERE EXTRA OUTLETS TO EXPAND SYSTEM ???

 OR STANDARD UNITS ???

WITH REGARD TO WINDOWS

AFTER THE KYOTO AGREEMENT SIGNED SOME YEARS AGO (PRIOR TO THIS DEVELOPMENT) IT WAS AGREED THAT ALL NEW WINDOWS BE FITTED WITH LOW "E" GLASS SEALED UNITS  THAT MET EUROPEAN GREENHOUSE GAS REQUIRMENTS . THESE WINDOWS HAD TO BE FITTED AS A BUILDING REQUIRMENT   + WERE INCLUDED ON PALMERA SPEC FROM BUILDER

SO WHERE IS THE EXTRA WHEN ORIGINAL SPEC STATES CLIMALIT??

WARDROBE COVERED IN WOOD ....

WHAT WAS INTENDED ???  WALLPAPER

I WONT MENTION THE GARAGE !!!!!!!!!

RUNNING OUT OF TIME    WILL ADD EXTRA LATER

Why not mention the garage-it's a valid point and is the "link" in Mirador Linked Villas.

I spent 4 hours at the site on 13th October and couldn't find my garage. If any of you know where it's hiding, please let me know.

As for the extras (if there are any), they are supplied with the compliments of Grupo Mirador. You are under no obligation to accept any of them and in fact can insist they are removed and all work made good, if you so wish. If you're not bothered either way, Grupo Mirador will have to pay for them themselves. As far as I'm aware, no investor was given the choice to accept or decline these "costly" items. If they are being installed, it's at their cost risk and for their account. The law states "no individual or entity can tempt the pocket of another individual or entity without their express written agreement and consent".
