Key Holder - La Isla apartments

Hi Guys,

Apologies if raised before but I have just purchased an apartment on the 'Isla' and trying to get my head around things to sort out.

I am looking for any advice/pricing  on 'Key Holder' for the Isla site, I will probably not be renting so looking for someone reliable to check property (every week?) also does the key holder help with regards access to the apartment for deliveries/tradesman when work is required?.

Also looking at recommendations/pricing for installation of 2 a/c units in bedrooms and for a one off clean of the apartment, again looking for any recommendations  and price?

Hi janice....

I am Natasha, I live on the la isla permenantly with my children....I am avalible, for anything you need....advice or looking after your appartment....there is a nice comunity here on the island....

My husband is joining us in the next week or so, he is a plumber, he has been changing the solor pannel elemment to reduce the scale build up, so the panel can work efficently...he also has been descaling the boilers.

Anyway.....if you need anything...I am here.

Thanks Natasha that is very kind of you and is great to hear that there is a thriving community on 'La Isla', we are currently purchasing on Block 7 and just starting to sort things through, although early days at the moment.
