i am buying at san roque

the quality is very good, they dont cut back on specification, but they are quite hard legally.

i bought off plan 3 years ago along with another property which i have completed on. and i am  now looking to sell a 2b,2b on sea view drive.

on my last visit although the golf front apartments had completed, promaga were putting in some large trees and generous landscaping which is refreshing as i know some developers would cut back on specification once they had sales. i know this from bitter experience.

Noddy, we too have purchased on Sea View Drive and are awaiting completion. Have you been told when completion will be? Do you know if they have started on the swimming pool in Sea View Drive yet? Have th kitchens been fitted yet? If you have received an update from the developer lately, could you let me know? Thanks

We agreed to purchase a 2b 2b apartment on Sea Views Drive over 3 years ago for 477k. Any news? Can't get much from promaga although having seen other peoples experiences do not feel too bad about it.

Anyone play golf? If so if you live on the San Roque estate please contact me and i'll be pleased to invite you to Lindrick golf club Worksop. Anyone a member at San Roque?

Cheers

Good news! the habitation has been received. How long did take for you to take posession after receipt of this document? Is it worth being a social member of the golf club. If so what is the cost.

Cheers

Good news has been tempered somewhat. The kitchen has not been installed. Can you obtain a hab license without a kitchen? Further our surveyor could not get in due to a misunderstanding.

I am sure it will be sorted, eventually. Did you have any discussion re sound barrier to be erected adjacent to m'way. Last time I was there it was only partly completed.

Regards

Richard

Hi Richard, yes you can get habitation licence without kitchen. In our case we changed the layout to have an open plan kitchen, dining and living (still 2b2b). Our completion date is now fixed for the 4th of December. I cross my fingers we will have water and electricity from Promaga as it takes 4 to 6 weeks after completion for w/e to be connected. JP

Thank you for the reply. Let me know how you get on. What about the sound barrier, have you any agreement in place for its completion?

Richard.

I'm currently buying with them on the Alcaidesa site, phase 2 apartment.

So far I'm not particularly impressed, poor communication and I CANNOT get a progress report out of them to save my life!

Jean-Pierre,

Are you in? Do you have a kitchen? Is the apartment as it should be? Do you know what the service charge is? Is there any news re Sound Barrier - is the pool in?

Sorry to have so many questions but Promaga are not very good at keeping you in the 'loop'. We hope to be out in the first week of Jan although the apartment is unlikely to be ready by then.

Regards

Richard

ps any news re easjet flying from Gibraltar

This is excellent news! I take it everything is working and in order inside the apartment?

Whatever the temperature in Spain it is sure to be warmer than Sheffield, England!
