Need some information

Hi there

I am staying at Angel de Miraflores as a guest for much of August. I am currently recovering from a slipped disc and during my holiday really need to find a gym within walking distance of the complex so I can continue my rehabilitation and improve fitness ahead of the next Netball League season.

Can anyone advise me where I might find a gym please - obviously I can use the pool on site, although tricky to swim lengths at times and there is plenty of opportunity to walk/run but a gym would be ideal.

I am also looking for suggestions on somewhere I may be able to go for a sports massage. As much as I love the ladies who work at the local beaches, I think I need to find somewhere registered this time around!

I do not think you will find anything in walking distance from your complex.I have found one for you but you will have to get someone to drive you there. I hope I have the right location.

Yes that is the nearest it's only 5 munites by the bus at the bottom of the road, and for the massage there is Ali at familia beach bar on El bombo beach at the bottom of the road, he is registered and knows what he doing he is 25 euros for about 45 minute.

That's great - thanks to both of you. My partner is hiring a car so when not occupied by his kids I will see if he can drop me off otherwise I am happy to get the bus.
