I have heard from a number of people who have successfully recovered their deposit on a property at Medina Elvira by legal action.
I would particularly like to hear if anyone has been successful (or has a case in progress currently and has been told there is a good chance of success) despite not having a bank guarantee or an insurance policy to cover their deposit.
It could be very helpful to other buyers who did not receive any guarantee papers or insurance policy.
