I was speaking to the people in the sales office today and they told me sales were going very well, however the word on the ground is the opposite. There are a few doubts regarding what the hold up is on the golf course. From rumours of archaeological finds to slow sales and no approval as yet for the golf course.
At the moment there seems to be a lot of smoke and mirrors.
