Hi,

We are in the process of buying our apartment and trying to do a lot of research about the process and the local community and came across some articles about the Spanish FSV and their scheme to introduce Social Housing.

Does anyone know if this will be introduced on TDLT?

I have asked our lawyers but thought I would ask the question to you as I have found some very useful information on this forum.

There is absolutely no information or expectation of this being relevant at Terrazas.

Thank you for letting me know, it is good hear. From my research it appears that the scheme has not had a wide response but I did want to see if anyone else had more details.

We are due to complete in February and really looking forward to spending as much time as possible in Terrazas.

I have had word back from our lawyer who has put our mind at rest, so, roll on February when we hopefully will get the keys.
