Dianne, do you mean your community fees, they are taken In advance, during your buying process your lawyer should of paid the remaining fees for the quarter you completed in, the recent payment is for jan/feb/March 2014. So if you're layer didn't pay the remainder of this year then that could be the reason for 2 payments.
The next one is due around the 13th of January.
