The Resort

Hi all. I'm moving here next year and I'm wondering if any of you could kindly take the time to tell me about the place. I only know what I have seeen from the internet pages. I'd like to know things like, is there a sense of community all year round what kind of services, restaurants bars etc. Important for me, is there any medical facility on site ? Is the golf club house complete ?

Some of these things are pretty basic, I know but I was looking at Condado de Alhama unil I saw that much of the planned construction never took place.

                Welcome to Terrazas, the resort is in it's infancy but is starting to develop it's own community spirit at present we have one bar/restaurant, the golf club house is still temporary but we all hope that a new club house together with other amenities will come soon.

Importantly Terrazas is much closer to towns and villages with restaurants therefore providing many advantages over Condado.

Please let me know where on the resort your property is, it would be nice to meet and maybe have a game of golf and a drink afterwards
