Great Boot Camp on the Beach this Week - everyone did really well in the sunshine and sand ! Good fun was had by all and a good competition won by the "colour" team so well done to them. But, can they hold onto the title next month? N...ext Boot Camp on the Beach will be on Wed 6th November at 10am so book your place now (places are limited). We definitely needed the tapas and drink afterwards to recover after burning all those calories.
