Is the gift shop still open?

I have just arrived back on Condado and noticed the gift shop doesnt seem to be open, is this the case or am I just missing it?

Yes the gift shop is still open from 5.30 until 10pm in the evening, its not busy enough throughout the day to justify opening.  We had to close last night due other work committments.  Apologies is this was an inconvenience.

Hoping you'll be open in November - great wine from your Bodega!

Thanks Jann, we will try and stay open as long as possible, its difficult in the winter months with not so many people over but we will do our best.  :)  The more support we get the better our chances of remaining here.

Yes anagelbabe was developing a bodega when we were there in the summer and it'll be a useful addition to the resort. Unfortunately the off season and quiet times are going to be a problem for all our businesses on the resort. I remember our visits off season to places along the costa del sol before we bought on CdA often whole rows of shops, bars and restaurants all shuttered up from after Oct or on reduced opening hours once the main season finished- and that was in the boom years! Got to hope all the improved facilties encourage owners/ other guests to keep visiting CdA once the summer season is over. Read an article saying Ryanair were going to cut their winter flight prices to keep them competitive and whatever you may think about them it would make a short break more viable. We've had to come over less than we did in the early years because of the flight prices.
