If any Spamish lawyers read this I would be grateful for your views, alternatively if anyone can recommend a good local lawyer...
We own two apartments on CDA which are currently each registered in the names of 6 people (3 couples). We want to change the arrangement so that each property is registered in the name of one different person e.g. Mr A owns property 1 and Mr B owns property 2.
No money will change hands and we estimate that the total value of the properties is about 135,000 euro.
We are trying to get an idea of the taxes and legal costs involved in this and have so far recieved conflicting information.
Any assistance gratefully received.
