Tenerife, Oasis La Caleta, La Caleta.

Hi,  Anyone out there in Oasis La Caleta Tenerife. We are just about to sign for an apartment and we were wondering if we can make contact with anyone in the block. It is really great development but we need a few tips on the Air Conditioning and furniure.  Andy & Collette Quilliam

Linda & Ed here.  We are in the process of completion.  I plan to visit the apartment in August. I will be looking at air conditioning and furniture then.  Also, did you know thre is an IKEA in Tenerife.  I visited it the last time I was on the Island and it has everything you would need.  I am not a great fan of IKEA, so if you find anywhere good in the area, I would appreciate if you could let me know.  I have also paid for pre-installation of air conditioning but don't know who supplies locally.

We purchased an apartment at Oasis la Caleta and moved in December 2006.  The best place to head for is Las Chafiras not far from the airport .  Here you will find a multitude of furniture stores etc.  We purchased most of our furniture from Biombos - pricey but high quality and excellent service.  Ask for Pila.
