I have not conversed on this forum for a couple of years and I guess like most others have given up or like me waiting(not holding my breath thank god) for news from my Spainish lawyer who is acting on our behalf.

Reading the papers today I hope that like myself others will return to this thread in order we can gather enough people together to act on  a group basis and keep costs down..

Here's hoping

Andy

Hi Andy,

There are still one or two of us I think still lurking. I was the last one post (prior to this thread) a few weeks ago, and that was the first for a long time.

Yes, hopefully some will reappear and restart some action.

I myself have started proceedings with Costa Luz lawyers (Keith110 works for them) about 2 months ago. I don't know if you could tail along with the rest of us, but the legal action hasn't really started, so I would've thought so.

I take it that your existing lawyer was trying to recover deposits from Aifos?

 Hi fazarelli,

Thank you for your reply I was hoping that a few more involved with this development would have picked up on this thread however so far only a couple of responses. My thinking was the more involved the less the litigation cost's would be as like others we have spent a considarble amount already trying to retrieve our deposits from Aifos.

Saying all this yes we would like some idea of the cost's involved and I would be greatfull if you could give us an idea if possible?.

Thank You

Andy
