Planting on road and scrub edges

Today they have dug trenches on the right of the main gate and opposite the first island as you enter. They have started to plant the bushes that are all around the perimeter road. I have asked milenium if they are doing all other scrub areas ie to shield us from it. They di not seem to think any more was going to be done at this time.

Just tidying up the areas that you see when you enter, what about those of us that frequent here regular and residents surely all scrub areas adjacent to our houses should be made good or screened with these shrubs before anything else.

At the end of the day. It is all about marketing.

There are still properties to be sold & the better the site looks for prospective purchasers  the more inviting the apartments will be

I understand your rant but I guess its more about selling more apartments than appeasing the owners.

We will benefit in the long term if the properties still available sell & sell quickly, I hope
