Trampolin hills / La Caixa Court Case

After a long wait our court case against La Caixa for the deposits paid to Trampolin Hills was heard in April and we received the verdict at the end of May unfortunately the case was not successfull and the judge found in th favour of the bank due to the monies not been deposited into a "Special Account" We are now appealing against the decision and our quest for justice goes on.

I am planning on going down the same road as you have but this will cost us thousands.  We are going with a group and Maria de Castro is taking our case.  Does your judgement have any bearing on our case. Dont want to throw good money after BAD !!!

 I am also part of a group action and i think we only paid around 500 Euros each pluse a further 143 Euros for the appeal.

There were quite a few variables in our case where different clients paid money into different accounts and even different banks which in my opinion made the case a little too complicated.

I think a lot will depend on the judge and his interpretation of the law.

Did you receive a BG and were your deposits paid into a special account or not ?

How did this buyer (Alec John Edwards) get his money back and we didnt ?
