IMPORTANT DISCOVERY: DEPOSITS PAID TO SOLERA EL TRAMPOLIN FOR ROYAL DREAMS OF ALBUDEITE ARE COVERED BY A GENERIC GUARANTEE!!!

 We have made a extremely important discovery that could change life of purchasers who paid deposits to Solera El Trampolin for properties in Albudeite: their money is covered by a generic guarantee signed by Solera el Trampolin with the Insurance Company BTA DRAUDIMAS. Purchasers of Albudeite never received individual guarantees, but as informed on previous post, most recent precedents from Magistrates' Court state that the lack of an individual guarantee doesn't prevent the purchaser to claim the refund to Bank or Insurance Company, as the builder's failure to deliver  a guarantee is not enforceable against the purchaser, whose rights are protected by a mandatory law (57/68 Act) and cannot be waived.

Hi. I have just read your email, which is a year old tomorrow, and would like to ask you this. Has anyone who placed a large deposit, like myself, ever had any of their money back, and if so how did they go about it. In 2007 to 2009 the forums were buzzing about everybody's new houses getting built and then when everybody realised these sites were not going ahead and the builder was in and out of prison it all went quiet. I have just been checking out all the old forums and there have been no posts for years
I would be very interested in your thoughts. We did get a Swiss bank guarantee.

Hi Sam , the latest is wait and see. Not the answer you were looking for but my latest correspondence from gm legal is that we are still waiting for the appeal court to set a date. It's been a very long time now, especially when you compare it with the appeal of finca parks development and how quickly that was set. Hopefully should have a date soon, I was expecting to hear one before Christmas . Slowly losing all hope in gm legal and my deposit.
If I do hear of anything I will let you know.

That's good news for the people concerned, and surely if they are eligible to get refunds, then all of us who have lost out should be too. Can anyone inform me as to the exact steps which need to be taken to start the ball rolling to try and get my deposit back? As previously stated, I was one of the prospective purchasers on the Royal Dream site at Albudeite. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On this subject, many others were in the same situation as myself who regularly commented on the original blog in 2007. Where are you all now and why are you not taking part in this blog to try and resolve the matter?
