Possible Apartments to Rent

We have an Apartment 3 bed 2 bath on Phase 1 and a 2 bed 2 bath Town House brand new on Phase 3

Both for Rent for over the Summer from now June

I am not sure of the going rate for the above so please any help would be appreciated ,

We use many methods to advertise out our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment on Phase 1 with varying degrees of success including a paid for ad here on EoS.  However, there are many rental sites that you can use to build up your rental clientele - a quick search using Google will help.  You can then see what other people are charging to pitch your prices accordingly.
