After I received a private message on EOS I did an internet  search. The Dutchman who contacted me said he was about to RENT on La Condesa but wanted to know if all my issues with the developer were now settled..

Can they sell the properties on which unreturned deposits are still outstanding??

I personally feel it's the bank whos selling them so they can start paying out to people who've gone as far as me! Maria and co won my case in December and I'm still waiting after starting litigation more than seven yrs ago.

I still have much to do but am relieved I've now won THREE court cases...and I'd love to go up against Sol Mijas Developers SL for the first to court costs! (especially considering they appealed to try and deter me!).

Will keep you informed...I plan to help others who can't afford legal costs...fingers crossed!

I may need to come over to sort Banco Pastor out.....and publicise what they and Sol Mijas have put me through when my husband was ill (he passed over in November 2010)...one thing I really could have done without was this headache!

I wonder if there are any cheap weekly lets anywhere near you?
