Am I still dreaming or is it possible that we may still get our deposits back from Jale?We are owed 70,000euros from 2006 .

Did you receive any monies back from Jale or are you the same as us .Nada.

Is Jale an Estate Agent or a Devloper, it's not a name I recognise from the Form.

Jale is a big developer that was based in Cadiz. It owned several hotels all over Spain and started some developments which are quite familiar in these forums, such as Residencial San Mateo, Residencial Fuentes de Alhadra, Arcobrigan, Residencial Mediterráneo...

We have already started action against some banks that received the deposits from Jale clients, and would be happy to give you a legal advice -for free- as to what would your chances be and best options available.

Any advice on how to get money back from Jale ? 

We put £70000 down as a deposit in 2006 and were told in 2008 that they had gone into liquidation.
