Duquesa Fairways Webpage

We have just completed our purchase in the last week.  We sent somebody to check the apartment for snagging and he told us the lift is not working.  Does anybody know are any of the lifts working or is it just that one (portal 9).  Our friend told us he cant understand how the licence of first occupation could have issued when there is no working lift!  We hope to visit in the next 2 weeks or so to arrange fit-out.  Obviously a lift would also make this easier!  Any advice?

None of the lifts are working as the community just hasn't the funds at the minute to run them and cover maintenance etc..

Unfortunately everything will just have to be carried up - everyone who has completed has had to do the same thing
