Hi Sam , the latest is wait and see. Not the answer you were looking for but my latest correspondence from gm legal is that we are still waiting for the appeal court to set a date. It's been a very long time now, especially when you compare it with the appeal of finca parks development and how quickly that was set. Hopefully should have a date soon, I was expecting to hear one before Christmas . Slowly losing all hope in gm legal and my deposit.
If I do hear of anything I will let you know.

Hello everyone,

The last post i did was a long time ago ( and it was a positive one! ) .  Anyway, after reading  and pondering ,  all the messages by everyone, i am in no doubt were on to a winner.

I am going over next week to speak to my solicitor, and also Martha and hopefully the legal team in Trampolin Hills just to finalise whether the final licence has been approved and WHEN the build actually starts.

I shall take plenty of pics and post them for one and all to see, and hopefully post some brilliant news of when we can move in!!!

 

By the way , were on plot  30 , phase 2.

Hi all, i`m glad to see such a good response from one positive statement about the build so far. To cheer everyone up alittle more , Martha went through the site plan with us and said there are only a few properties remaiming on phase 2 to be sold.(a total of approx 1000 villas and apartments sold so far.)  She then showed us the latest prices for phase 3.  WOW....      All i can say is alot of beer was drunk that night.......   

The latest pricing plan is on the grupo trampolin web site.   It`s worth looking at. 

To all that are going out there soon please give up to date reports , as i am sure you will be pleased with the progress..........

Hi all, A small group of us went out last weekend 25th nov, and were very impressed with the build so far. For those people who moan because there is no buildings  going up , it`s because the workers have moved roughly 1/2 millions tons of mountain to put an access road in for all the heavy machinery. (which is now in place)  ..

We also discussed the licenses that are IN place so far and the outstanding ONE that is due before christmas..  All the property comes with a bank guarentee so i carnt see a problem?

The actual build starts in feb as soon as the infrastructure is in place, but be assured alot of work has been done.

Lastly trampolin have said when the build starts there will be 400 workers on site..

I am happy with the progress.

Hi to all,

My name is Stu and my wife is Lynne. We  purchased plot 30 , a Sevilla, in August  2005.  We live in Widnes and are looking forward to sitting in the sun and drinking beer, without a care in the world. Thats when the bloody development is finished....
