If Mileniun had handled the change in Level 1 Presidency in a professional and proper manner then there would be no need for Phil's post. But they didn't! Quite the opposite in fact and the contents of Mileniun's unprofessional letter that was emailed to the owners was I think posted on EOS as well.
Phil deserve's the right to respond to the allegations which has no doubt harmed his reputation amongst his fellow residents and owners. He and his wife are part of the permanent community on Condado after all. He should be given a fair chance at clearing his name and really if there were inaccuracies in Mileniun's letter (which there appears to be) then Mileniun ought to issue an apology letter to Phil copied to the owners to help rectify the mistake they made.
That said, I don't think Phil should escalate it beyond clearing his name (which seems to be all he is doing) unless there are very serious.matters that should be exposed for the best interest of the owners. The resort has to move on after this unfortunate episode which only served to harm the reputation of everyone involved and hopefully lessons learnt by all for the future appointment/removal of Presidents.
