I think it's one month but they are really bad for not reminding you that your contract is due for renewal and then they simply take the money from your account - even without telling you of the annual cost. Please be careful of the community insurance as this won't cover you for renters and for various liabilities. My own buildings and contents insurance costs 92 euros pa with axa.
