I think I have a less "gloomy" view than some of those you might see posted here but I have no desire to get involved in open forum chats to justify my views on this. I have been living and working in spain for 3+ years and take an individual view on the concerns and frustrations about delays and the odd days where people are not working on site.
Like many others, I have had my own temporary desire to go for refund on deposit and then took the personal view that its best to back off once I had independent advice about the realities of attempting to do so. I sought to balance my decisions by popping down to have a look for myself. Best of luck to those who accept the advice thats its sensible to attempt to go for a refund, you are more brave with your funds than I am. Instead, I will save my money and keep my legal fees down and continue with the purchase. To me, it is starting to look like a fantastic development, probably the best in the area. Its blooming late I know, but I really think its coming out to be just what I bought.
I have been to the site maybe 10 times and so on a daily basis have witnessed heaps or zero activity over time and I am there again in May to have a look and to talk to people - I speak spanish so I wont have to second guess what the local bulder is saying, as many here seeem to have had to do.
My own 100% personal view from my last visit in Feb is that its making good progress and the market down there has picked up of late.
