Friends returned from Spain last week and report that nothing much appears to have been done since their visit twelve months ago. However they took some 'photo's and I've posted one which shows the trench being dug out ready for the drains.

They could only repeat  what Nannjersey has already reported, i.e., Phil in the office and a few workmen on site.

Still, it's better than  no workmen I suppose.

I have just returned from The Costa del Sol. Visited the site...with only an ex airport salesman in the office a face!!!!

Apparently.....rumour has it...that it has nothing to do with the cement shortage, rather the builder and Majestic are suing and counter suing each other...and one of the fed up neighbours has a diary of what is going on and is publishing events or non events in the press.

Can we not do the same.......I have legal action going on as it is a joke! I invested 79500 euro plus IVA plus legals in 2004....no income and no rent etc means that no appreciation or income is being derieved ie it is a massive liability!!! Also the longer it goes on the likelyhood of the inevitable BUMP!!!

No publicity was seen on the hording boards as we approached the site apart from the one on the site . The banners appeared to have been vandalised..ie purposely ripped!
