Sadly we are just back from Condado.

I did two of Ian's morning aqua aerobics classes and already booked myself and my mother in for the next trip over in August. It's a great refreshing way to exercise in the heat! Found Ian very helpful at tailoring exercise to suit injury etc. Also helped me feel less guilty about visiting the new ice cream parlour with kids!

Come and join in Tuesday's Circuit Training at 9am followed by Aqua Aerobics 10.30am both sessions are great fun and good for you!
