Hi
We had arranged for our water to be connected whilst on site last week but by the time we returned home we had no water. I have e-mailed Urbaser who advised that the meter was fitted but my key was turned off. I assume they meant the main one in the cupboard which is locked. How do you get a key to open it to turn it on.
