Water and electric not working

I'm pretty sure we received an email advising that the water was going to be off today, not sure about the electric. Unfortunately, I've deleted it! Talking to Mileniun first is definitely the best bet, they should be able to advise them. Hope it gets sorted quickly.

The Water was off for a short period over the weekend.

The Electric is on.

Sounds like your Water meter has been removed and also the Electrics Both companies disconnect immediately if a bill is late or there is no money in bank.

I have seen many disconnected when owners swear blind they have funds in the bank, the problem is you never know when they will take it it is never on a fixed day. 

Water can be reconnected same day if 50€ connection fee paid and the bill.

Electrics are more difficult and requires a new contract to be signed and a Spanish contact number.

I arrived last year and had no water,luckily there is a guy on-site called Salva in Jardin5 who was able to sort it himself.

He has some type of agreement with Milenium I think,he has a 3 bed just at the end of the row opposite the Condado club and keeps a car out back with his advertising on it.
