Hi, does anyone know how much firefly usually charge for full tank of fuel? We are hiring a Zafira 7 sweater and trying to decide between 2 car rental companies and at the moment it's down to the fuel price! Thanks

We have a direct debit set up to pay the council tax but it wasn't taken this month as I don't think there were enough funds in the account - do we need to make the payment direct with the town hall and can we get a copy of the bill? We are not going out to condado until sept and really want to get it sorted ASAP.

Hi, I emailed a2z to enquire about internet and was quoted €15 per month as the cheapest option - this doesn't sound right can anyone confirm the deal we are meant to have with them? I don't want to set a service up and end up paying more than we bargained for! Many thanks Rachel, Jardin 4

Hi, my parents have just arrived at our apartment in Jardin 4 but there is no electric or water. Have checked and all our bills have been paid up to date, any ideas what it might be? They are going to ask in the milenium office but just wondered if there was anything else they could try?
