Can anyone inform me what the monthly community fees are in phase 1, 2, 3a and 4. We are in phase 3B and would like to compare. Thanks!

Ok I know there were problems with the pool last year as we had to pay 90 euro extra for the pool repair in 3B. But does this mean there are again problems? We get so little information. We all have mail so it can't be too much work to inform the owners. After all we do pay the community fees so I think we are entitled to know what it is used for. Gielis
