Hi Marcus, we have been well and truly shafted on the Fairways.
Peninsula used old documents and details which were out of date to procure us a mortgage on the Fairways, which we knew due to our change of circumstance we would not be able to afford the repayments.
Peninsula said the guaranteed rental income would pay the mortgage and we were not to worry, ha ha.
well e kno how it has turned out, we are waiting fo repossesion as we have been told we don't have a leg to stand on.
if you could pass on the detaisl of you lawyer we might be able to see if there is anythinf we can do?
