Those who hold the reins at El Pinet would like to stop us from informing the many residents who use and read this forum from stating the facts.
1. Any residency at El Pinet is illegal.
2. The committee and administrator act as a group of friends and are not acknowledged in law.
3. The electric and water bills are for illegal residents to pay and not non residents who live and pay for their useage elsewhere.
4. The committee constantly quote and apply horizontal law to none payers. But as Gringo has stated they side step and refuse to apply it to their individual illegal building activities.
5.The committee have entered into financial contracts to support their illegal occupancy and expect none residents to help them pay the bills. If they want to illegally use the swimming pools then they alone should financially support the costs incurred. Why should law abiding residents who respect Spainish law be asked to contribute for items such as this, no court in Europe let alone Spain would find in this group of illegal dwellers favour.
