anyone won a legal case recently?

 has anyone got their deposit back from phase 1? i saw corvera recently emailed everyone asking if we would accept to move to roda etc they must be worried about having to payout if they are willing to move us to a better resort?

I have a suspicion that they were more after getting some completion monies (of any kind) in rather than worried about having to pay out.

For sometime now Corvera have been offering people that would not complete deals to move to alternate finished properties on RODA and I have carried out snagging inspections for a number of these buyers

The properties tend to have been completed a while ago and are on the earlier phases of RODA, not phase 4 and I believe that no substancial discounts or deals on furniture or AC have been offered

Some people may have seen a poster claim that he had won a case against the developer for a property on phase 2 in the courts either in May or July and I as requested sent him a PM to get the court case number but didn't get any response plus checked the Courts and couldn't find any record of the case so as I suspected that looks like a wind up

Phases 3 & 4 on Roda have more space than Phases 1 & 2.  Saying that, not all of phases 1 & 2 are "over crowded" as you put it, so people need to come over and see for themselves.  Both resorts (Corver & Roda) are lovely resorts, and can only get better (my opinion).
