I recently tried to send a personal message to each person on this community about the work being done by an Action Group to get investors monies back as this development is not to be built now. There are both those with bank guarnatees and those without in the group. And litigation is going ahead in both cases.
However, I received surprisingly few replies. Anyway, if you missed the message but get this thread then below is a copy of the email I sent out in case it is of interest to you...
I am trying to make contact with some more people who are in the Andarax development with Inroal and would like a return on their deposit funds or a serious alternative so as not to lose their money.
I am already in touch with many of you who are registered on this community on Eye On Spain as I recogninse some of the usernames that are similar to the email addresses I have for your or your names. So if this is you please just forget this email.

I am in direct contact with both lawyers and Inroal on this matter and we have had recent meetings together. Also one in the group who started action in January this year now has a cheque for the return of their deposit money direct from Caja Granada.
