Hi everyone

I have just uploaded some pictures taken at the end of last week.

They seem to be pushing on fast with the grounds now as they still have apartments to sell.

The pool looks complete but the pump house is not completed.

Likewise the gym etc looks complete but they have not yet asked the Town Hall for their approval yet.

The last photo shows the camp site near the end of the prom. I presume they are going to start to complete the section through the old camp site.

Hi everybody

only back from laguna , complex is looking great , a lot of apartments for sale still , if anyone is planning to flip it may take some time ,  weather was fantastic , the marina was very quiet but found some lovely restaurants and kennys bar was very friendly , richard the owner was very helpful ,

Was informed by some of the locals of the plans for the area which were impressive , two golf courses at laguna end and a couple of hotels  and eventually the olympic  size rowing canal .

The builders were hard at work  , in the first phase the gardens are looking really well and some nice plant pots dotted around .

Took some pics will try and upload them on the site .

Going out there again st patricks week .

Just wondering have any other Irish people bought in laguna ! let me know
