We have just arrived back from 9 days at Frondoso - bliss..... The weather could of been kinder to us but only rained twice on an evenin! - In the sunshine it was beautifuly but in the shade quite chilly - however still didn't need a coat and did manage to sunbathe a few times on the terrace. The site is still very quiet we were told that 3 properties had been sold last month however didn't go the the office this time - we were informed that Gemma not working there at the moment and i think the office was only open limited times. Somebody was showing clients around the property a few doors down from us while we were there. It is so sad to see the houses empty and the gardens getting overgrown with weeds - however lovely to have the peace and quiet - only a couple of dogs barking late at night!!
There was a notice at the re-cycling to say that there is a community meeting for Torreguil urbanizacion - on 12th March - don't know if that includes Frondoso but the web site given to check on outcome was www.urbanizaciontorreguil.com May be worth looking to see if there is any useful information given after that date. We are back again beginning of April - on the count down already. Regards for now hope to see some of you again this year. You can try some of our olives which we harvest last November - Kevin followed the google instructions - and we were able to try out his hard work this time - they are pretty good - have marinated some to try next month - maybe not as good as the almond olives we buy at the market - but im sure will get better with practice at the next harvest!!!
