I cannot relate to your comments, at all .

The content of your post suggests that its the developers fault that things  went T up. 

The reality is that Putting the build delay to one side it was the amount of people cancelling that sunk the development as most of the units had been sold.. 

If there's is a large number of people still with non refunded deposits they are in a strong position to do a deal. My belief is that these people are not in a position to buy and perhaps are victims of easy lending ofbthe past and could not really afford a place in Spain in the first place.

I placed my deposit, I did a deal with the receivers I got my house Simple

As far as the developers / bank investing more in the development in order to gain sales this is hindered by the financial state of Spain as a whole as frondoso  is not on the radar on the priority list ..

If anyone out there has a deposit who still can buy then you need to be looking at a sensible discount

Anyone out at Frondoso, if so hope you are all safe and OK... how have the houses stood up to it? I know that the foundations were designed for earthquakes? but from the BBC report seems it was a big one and not too far away...

An update would be great ... put my mind to rest

Just to let you guys know ... All OK at Frondoso had a walk around our properties all secure no issues ..

Weather was a bit mixed.. very sunny but some days very cool at about 8 deg... max temp was 16 deg average about 12 ish... down to between 4 - 6 on a night...

Sangonera seems to be on the up a few new shops have opened and getting busy down there on a night... recommend 30 Barra to anyone staff are very friendly always have a free drink and prices are good...

We finally got to the top of the mountains on a very clear day well above the clouds .. have some great photos and some sore legs! Its a long long way up!!!

Shiiping some mountain bikes [used to race at national level] with a view to having a good slog around the hills this year... bumped into my old riding mountain biking buddy on the Jet 2 coming back.. he was sat three rows infront have not seen him for 8 years and he now lives about 50 minutes from Murcia.. must be a milion to one chance of being on the same plane never mind him now living in Spain... spooky...

So hopefully Manuel,  Greg {American Mountain bike Ace] and I shall be slogging around the mountains in about a month or so... anyone care to join us let me know... Manuel has a spare bike...

PS we also had a ride out to a development by Tarray homes shown to us by Medsea near San Javier.. thank god we bought at Frondoso our development is like paradise in comparison... who ever invested with Tarray have a major issue its like a vilage thats been bombed!!!

Only a few new people have moved in at Frondoso all Spanish...
