Banking - Great Customer Service

Hi to everyone.

We recently opened up a business account and after speaking with many different banks in the area we decided to go with Caja Rural Regional based here in San Cayetano.

I am sure that over the last couple of years in countries all over the world, the banks have had nothing but bad press and negative comments....well, I am really pleased to report that we have found a bank (and staff members) with a YES attitude. Nothing seems to be a problem and when any issues arise they are dealt with and sorted out without any fuss. Being a NATWEST customer in UK (both personal and bussiness) I have found their standards to have slipped over the last few years (despite where their advertising slogans say)

So if anyone is looking for a new account (business or personal) or is looking to change their bank here in Spain, I can personally recommend Toni (Antonia) and Alfonso in the SC branch...they both speak very good English and cant do enough for you to make things as easy as possible.

 I would like to second Andy's comment we have been with bank for nearly four years. We are always greeted by name when we go into the bank and they are always extremely helpful

Do you have their contact details as I may be interested in setting up an account with them. What are their charges like?
