Roda Resort gets some services................ at last!

Good to hear that Roda Facilities Management are currently moving offices into the portakabin next to the postboxes.

Apparently they will be offering an improved property management service to old and hopefully new clients eventually providing "A one stop shop onsite".

New facilities such as Internet access with printing and copying, mobility equipment and bicycle hire, sightseeing trips, property management and maintenance, accomodation, golf breaks etc. and most importantly to many, resort information.

Most owners always expected much of this to be offered by Roda to ensure the ongoing success of the resort and it is good news for all that at last one office will hopefully be able to provide many answers.

With Roda increasing their sales force and closing the resale office onsite, it looks as if they are making an attempt to move all their existing assets either to new buyers or swaps from Phase 4B and Corvera.

Best of luck to them considering many resales can be accessed online and they already suffer complaints from lack of promised facilities,

PS I am not a Roda FM client so am not advertising, just giving owners some good news.

Will all these facilities be available to all Roda owners or just to owners who use Roda FM as their manaement company?

I am guessing most will be available to all owners but presumably on a cost basis, at least there is somone who may be able to help finding a plumber or whatever onsite, as opposed to Roda themselves who offered us, well, very little.
