I wouldnt exactly call it a Paramoaunt fiasco, more like a rumour fiasco. It was obvious that something like this would generate excitement but it seems people are spreading too many rumours and its not helped by the estate agents press releases, web updates etc. They are claiming its a done deal when in fact its not, one agent in Puerto De Mazarron apparantly has a sign up about house at 'The Paramount Park'. Another well know agent did a press release confirming it was to be built on land at Polaris.

They are trying to kick start the market which is fair enough but just hope it doesnt come back and bite them on the backside if they sell houses on the strength of the Park being around the corner and it does not turn out that way,

Quote taken from 1st link:

"Surprisingly, not one person has actually said to us, it will be fun to go to the park or take our families there, it's all just about the money the park will bring."

Actually, if it does open- I can't wait - for that exact reason. I love theme parks and having one on the back door of my holiday home qould be fantastic. A residents/home owners discount would be nice too! But I can see myself and my family spending pretty much all our time in there in years to come.

If it ever happens you may be able to get an annual pass! I would be happy to pay annually, simply to have some different places to eat and drink. I know food and drink is normally expensive in these places, but it wont be any worse than the clover or the former restaurant we had.
