There are pleny Penthouses up for sale from Block 1 to 7 if you contact PW. There are a few private sales but you would have to visit Condado itself to get the private telephone numbers for these sales, I do know for fact that there is a ground floor apartment up for sale in block 9, but have no contact details.
I certainly will be hanging on to mine for a little longer now.
