Hi im lookinfg at  buying on Hacienda del Alamo ive found a 3 bed 3 bath for 160k how much are the comunity fees on a property like this, Where are the best web sites for property for sale on Hacienda del Alamo . THANKS

I saw that for sale.What a bargain must be half price.Now is the time to buy.We wern't so lucky and paid €250 for a 2bed 2 bath.The fees have gone down this year and we paid €1360 and will have to pay around €500 to Fuente council as well.If you google resortlife sales.I have been told that they are good.

I feel that anyone buying now cannot go wrong as they are the best villas and on such a fantastic resort, also the Paramount Theme Park and Covera Airport are the icing on the cake.
