Hi. we snagged in August and thought the apartment was okay apart from being a lot smaller that we imagined and having a sloping balcony. We are in Phase II and have been told that completion will be October all being well. Some people were moving into phase 1 while we were there so things are starting to happen. I am back over in mid October so I'll take another look around. The best pool of the 2 is in phase II but unfortunately none of the 3 blocks have any gardens or greenery, only a car park so its not an ideal place to sit and sunbath. Very different from the promotional designs!!!
