Grass Around Magnolia Villas

This note is for all woners of Magnolia villas and is regarding the grass which is currently in a very poor conditions as the areas are infected with a pest and dying off looking as if they are nt receiving any water

Corvera are aware of this and are starting treatment to rectify the problem, regardless if you are using theor gardening services or not and will manitain the gardens till this is resolved

I suggest that people do mail The aministrators, Housing, for an update

Hi Roy I agree, I reported this to housing on Tuesday and they came out to look with Esther, but it would great if anyone else out there could do the same. Do you have housing's email address as we don't ?

 I have been working in two of the Magnolia properties today and the gardeners have been there all morning cutting grass and strimming so hopefully when I go back tomorrow the gardens will be a lot better. 

I will post again when I see how it all looks tomorrow.

There has been lashing rain almost all day in Corvera so gardens and grass soaking wet and hard to tell if there has been any improvement. Round the Magnolias the grass did look very yellow/brown yesterday so possibly the downpour will have been good for something. The gardens are now a lot tidier but under a lot of water when I left about an hour ago so it is hard to tell how the grass will look when it dries in the next day or so.

They have not yet sprayed the grass to kill the pest and cannot do this till after the heavy rain as this is nothing to do with the grass being too dry
