Preview TV Box - running slow - Condado de Alhama

Hi All,

I am having probs with my Preview Box - its appears to be running really slow and having to switch off and on to reset it

Has  anyone experiencing the same thing or do I have a faulty box?

I did speak to the person who I purchased the Preview Box from who was told it's was a combination of the extreme heat and volume usage at this time of year  and said that he is having the same in his apartment in Jardine.   

I'm not convienced by his answer so would appreciate your help in this matter : ))

Hi I've got a "TheBox" which shows the normal UK channels aok.

It seems to have lost most of the Spanish channels for some reason.

we are in jardines 13 and since last night have no signal at all, 9most annoting no TV )any ideas on who to contact these days?

Hello,

It could be a problem with the transmitter for previewing channel, which is not good news  - perhaps Polaris may be able to with this one as they do supply preview boxes to Condado.
