Yes have used Dickmanns on a few occassions, very good service. There is a phone number on the van if no one is there and they will be there in 5 mins. They will have your flight details so should be there when you arrive. When you come outside the airport turn left and they are at the end of the car park in a white van, there are also some other car hire companies there as well.
