Just a quick question on the location of the Hertz office in Alicante airport, is it in the arrivals hall or out in the covered carpark where you collect the cars.

I have been told two conflicting locations and just want some clarification please.

Hi Ken,

Think they're both right, go to window in arrrivals get paperwork and pay,  then take paperwork  to office in car park to pick up keys, booster seats, etc.
